Echo’s services are available on supported platforms such as Zoom, Google Calendar, and Microsoft Teams. Echo may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of its services at any time without prior notice.
4. Calendar Integration
By integrating Echo with your calendar (e.g., Google Calendar), you grant us permission to access your calendar data, including event details such as times, attendees, and descriptions. This access is used solely for providing the meeting assistance features offered by Echo, such as generating summaries, scheduling, and reminders.
5. User Responsibilities
Account Information: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and ensuring that any information you provide to Echo is accurate and up to date.
Lawful Use: You agree to use Echo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the service to engage in any activity that violates the rights of others or is harmful, fraudulent, or deceptive.
Data Ownership: You retain ownership of the personal data you submit to Echo, such as calendar events. By submitting this data, you grant Echo a limited, non-exclusive license to access, process, and use this information for the purpose of providing our services.
Sending Meeting Recaps
By participating in a meeting where Echo is utilised, you acknowledge and agree that Echo may send a summary of the meeting, including key points, action items, and other relevant notes, to all participants, regardless of their registration with Echo.This distribution is limited to information generated during the meeting and does not include any personally identifiable data beyond the participant's name and email (used for sending the recap).
If you do not wish to receive such emails, you may opt out via the unsubscribe link provided in the email or by contacting us directly.
This feature is designed to enhance collaboration and productivity, and Echo does not share meeting data with third parties outside the scope of its services.
Intellectual Property
All content and materials provided by Echo, including but not limited to software, text, logos, and graphics, are owned or licensed by Echo. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Echo service for your personal or business use. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from this content without express written permission from Echo.
Fees and Payments
If applicable, certain features of Echo may require payment. You agree to pay all fees associated with the use of paid services. Echo reserves the right to change its pricing at any time. Payments made for services are non-refundable unless otherwise specified by Echo.
Termination of Use
